“The ad offers kept coming, but managing them was so hard” — the growth story of a 10K beauty creator
A beauty channel of about 10,000 subscribers handed off ad, contract, and group-buying operations to Treasure Hunter, focused purely on content, and built a stable ad revenue structure.

Many creators run into a similar worry once they pass a certain subscriber count. “I'm already busy just making videos — do I really have to handle ads, contracts, and brand communication myself too?” This creator had the very same concern.
At the time, they were running a beauty YouTube channel of about 10,000 subscribers, steadily uploading content and building a fan base. However, they had little ad-management experience relative to their view count, and monetization areas like branded content or group buying were hard to take on alone.
The biggest difficulty in running ads was everything outside of content creation. From brand communication to rate negotiation, contract review, handling revision requests, and schedule management, there was a lot they had to do themselves — and group buying, being entirely new, only added to the pressure. The more non-production tasks piled up, the harder it became to focus on what truly mattered: content quality.
After analyzing the creator's situation, Treasure Hunter provided management centered on operational support rather than simply connecting ad deals. First, our operations team took over brand communication and contract work directly. This created an environment where the creator could focus on planning and filming content.
We then expanded into various ad formats the creator hadn't been able to take on before — branded content, PPL placements, group buying, and short-form-linked campaigns. For group buying in particular, we went beyond simply selling products: we selected products matching the channel's tone and manner and designed the schedule together, drawing a strong response.
As a result, the creator was able to stably operate diverse ad revenue streams beyond view-based income, and the quality of brand collaborations improved significantly as well.
Many creators think of “getting ad offers” as growth, but what truly matters is building a structure you can operate sustainably. Treasure Hunter is not just an MCN — we design the entire operation together so creators can focus solely on content.
